Want to experience what the 21 Day Fix workout is like before you try it yourself? Or, simply want a mobile version of the schedule to access at all times? Not to worry – I’ve got full copies of your complete workout schedule, along with the optional “doubles” schedule:
The Regular Schedule
The standard schedule gives you a different workout for each individual day (Monday through Sunday), and repeats itself for three weeks to complete the 21 day program:
You get the structured routine of a fixed weekly workout, without getting bored by doing the same workouts over-and-over again.
The Doubles Schedule
This is optional, but if you purchased the Ultimate Package, you end up with a couple extra workouts. As a result, you get the option of doing a “doubles” schedule, where four days of the last week you do two workouts instead of one.
It’s really not that much extra work (it only changes four days, after all), and doing doubles helps maximize your results at the end of the 21 day period.
Again, you only get this option if you went with the Ultimate option. The standard system doesn’t come with the additional workout videos you need in order to do doubles. The choice is up to you – but in my opinion, it’s well worth the modest price difference to be able to do the doubles option.
What Are the Workouts?
The workouts consist of 7 workouts on 2 DVD’s, or 9 workouts on 3 DVD’s, depending on which package you choose. Either way, each workout is 30 minutes long. Having the full package will give you the option of doing the Doubles schedule during your last week, and can improve your results.
Here’s what the workouts are like:
- Total Body Cardio Fix: A great way to get better results in less time.
- Pilates Fix: Anyone can do pilates, and the results are awesome.
- Upper Fix: Even girls need to work their upper body. Follow this to tone your upper body without getting overly muscular.
- Lower Fix: A broad workout covering all the muscles in your lower body.
- Dirty 30: These 4 rounds are aimed at fat burning maximization to improve your results.
- Yoga: This session switches up the pace to improve flexibility and increase circulation.
Bonus Workouts (in the Ultimate Package):
- Barre Legs: This workout is especially designed to improve your thighs, hips, and butt.
- Flat Abs Fix: The enemy of a flabby tummy, this workout is all about training and toning your abdominals.

Don’t Forget About Nutrition!
A healthy reminder never hurts: If you’re putting in the effort to follow this workout schedule to a T, then don’t forget about the nutrition portion! 21 Day Fix has done a great job of structuring this for you, and it is vital that you follow it as closely as possible.
I really can’t stress this enough. Yes, the workouts will still be great on their own, but they are designed to coincide with the eating plan. Doing them alone is not enough to get results – you need both parts to be successful!
Does it Work?
The short answer? Yes, it’s an effective tool for both fat loss and muscle toning.
I won’t go into too much detail in this section since I already published full results of my reviews research, but to summarize for those who haven’t read it – the test studies are in, the fitness expert critiques are in, and the real-world user results are in. It works, and it works very well.

These workouts are different from the ones in the Extreme version of the program, but the schedule follows the same format.
